Primarily, Selenium is for automating web applications for testing purposes, but is certainly not limited to just that. Boring web-based administration tasks can (and should!) also be automated as well
Course Description
The course is designed to familiarize testing professionals with the basics of automating testing web applications using selenium. Testers can build, enhance, and maintain scripts using both the Selenium IDE and the Selenium WebDriver.
Prerequisites:
- Some software development experience (recommended)
- General understanding of web-based applications (desired)
- Knowledge of Java programming (beneficial)
Target Audience:
The target audience is software testers who are seeking to automate the testing of web applications using Selenium.
